Associate Board

The Associate Board is made up of a network of young Chicago area professionals who lead fundraising events and actively volunteer for the Emergency Fund. Members bring a wide range of professional expertise as well as a commitment to the Emergency Fund's mission of providing immediate financial assistance to help low-income Chicago area individuals and families through a crisis or transition.

Associate Board Events

The Associate Board's fall event, Keeping the Lights On, was a success! With over 100 people in attendance, we enjoyed storytelling by Serendipity Theatre Group, a competitive silent auction, and dancing through the night. Don't miss out on our next events! Steve is a First Vice President in Commercial Banking at LaSalle Bank, and has been involved with the Emergency Fund for over 10 years. Previously, he worked at Baxter Healthcare and The Cambridge Group, a brand strategy consultancy. He has an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a BA in Music and Economics from Stanford University. In addition to his involvement with the Emergency Fund, Steve is also on the Board of Trustees of the Latin School of Chicago.
