Holiday Fund
The Holiday Fund provides Christmas food and gift baskets to low-income residents on the north and northwest side of the city. Coordinated by one-time fieldworker and Board member, Secretary of State Jesse White, this special fund relies on contributions from numerous grocery stores, businesses and individuals. The Holiday Fund provided more than 9000 food baskets during the holidays last year.
